If you have completed these steps and still have issues, use this link to contact our Live Support team. Close your broadcaster window, OBS, and all web browser windows. An appealing promotional image can capture the attention of new members and greatly increase the amount of traffic that comes into your room. Remember, your promo image is the first thing members see of you while they are browsing the Who’s Online Now page, so it is important that your picture leaves a lasting impression. When selecting an image, keep in mind that your promo pics must also adhere to Cams guidelines so you do not run the risk that your promo photo might be rejected. Here are the guidelines to follow: Photo dimensions should be Landscape orientation in 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, minimum 200 x 150px, maximum 1000 x 562px with at least 72dpi resolution. The face must be identifiable and match the Primary Model of the stream. No photos with copyright protection, poor resolution, pixelation, custom frames, text or graphic overlays, unauthorized endorsements, contact information, or subject material that otherwise violates the Terms of Use are allowed.
